OUR POLICIES
Minimum Booking:
Off season is a 2 night minimum, and long weekends 3 night minimum.
High season Mid June to August weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday (unless there is a cancellation).
Maximum Capacity
Each cottage has a maximum amount of people it will hold. Children of all ages included. Maximum amounts are mentioned in cottage descriptions. Please do not exceed this amount. This is due to septic system capacity and bylaw.
If you don’t fill up the cottage to maximum capacity, you may receive visitors. As long as you do not exceed the maximum at any given time.
Deposit and Cancelation Policy
High season or full weeks: To reserve your cottage a $400 deposit is required per week. This deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days ahead minus a $50 & tax administration fee.
Off season: A cancelation of less than 2 weeks will be charged 1 night stay, long weekends 2 nights stay.
Any cancellations less than 72 hours, prior to your check in date, will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
Check in and Check out
Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM
We allow pets.
OUR PET POLICIES
Please clean up after your pet
Dog to be leashed at all time except for swim time at the Marina
Please do not let them on the furniture or bedding
No dogs allowed on the beach
Don’t leave your dog unattended in the cottage as it may bark while your away
